3. Product Series & Construction

We offer flexible cable series with different sheath and armor configurations:

3.1 CJPJR/SC & CJPFR/SC Series (Unarmored / LSZH)

Conductor: Stranded tinned annealed copper, Class 5

Insulation: XLPE

Sheath: PJ (SHF2) or PF (SHF1) – halogen-free flame retardant compound

Armor: None

Application: Internal installations, cable trays, tight spaces

3.2 CJPJR80/SC, CJPJR90/SC Series (Braided Armor)

Conductor: Stranded tinned annealed copper, Class 5

Insulation: XLPE

Inner Sheath: PJ (SHF2) or PF (SHF1)

Armor: 8 – Tinned copper wire braid / 9 – Galvanized steel wire braid

Outer Sheath: None

Application: Areas requiring mechanical protection without outer sheath

3.3 CJPJR85/SC, CJPJR95/SC Series (Full LSZH with Armor)

Conductor: Stranded tinned annealed copper, Class 5

Insulation: XLPE

Inner Sheath: PJ (SHF2) or PF (SHF1)

Armor: 8 – Tinned copper wire braid / 9 – Galvanized steel wire braid

Outer Sheath: 5 (SHF2) or 6 (SHF1)

Application: Harsh environments requiring both mechanical protection and LSZH properties

4. Why Choose Our Flexible Cables?

Superior Flexibility – Class 5 stranded tinned copper conductors enable easy routing in tight spaces, cable trays, and areas with limited bend radii .

High Safety – Low smoke, zero halogen, Category A flame retardant – minimizes toxic fumes and maintains visibility during fire emergencies .

Durable – Tinned copper conductor resists corrosion in marine environments.

Flexible Options – SHF1 and SHF2 materials for tailored performance; armored and unarmored versions available.

Wide Application – Suitable for ships, offshore platforms.

International Compliance – Manufactured to IEC standards.

5. Typical Applications in Marine Environments

Power distribution – Main and sub-main circuits requiring flexible routing

Lighting circuits – Areas with frequent maintenance access

Control systems – Connections to movable equipment and vibration-prone machinery

Retrofit projects – Existing cable trays where standard cables are difficult to install
